Sarah and I got our visa!!!!
That is literally the best news that we have heard since we got engaged on March 4th 2006. Sarah is staying in England until February 19 so that she can stay for her friend Claire's wedding on the 17th and then she will return to Canada until around the 20th of March and then she will come to California finally after almost a year of being seperated. We then have 90 days to get married. God is Good. Thank you all for your prayers.

Fiance Visa

Hey everyone,
Sarah and I finally received and interview date for our fiance visa which has been a long overdue process. Sarah travelled to England yesterday for her medical exam and on the 30th of January is the big day of the interview. As well as the day that I am traveling over there to spend a week with her and her family. We just wanted to ask you all to pray for us in this rather stressful time in our life as we do not know whether or not for sure we will actually get the fiance visa. We thank you for those that have been with us through this whole ordeal, your prayers have helped immensely.

On November 25, 2006 our nephew Weston had his 2 year old birthday party. (Weston is Nathan's sisters son). We were not able to attend the party, however we recieved some pictures from Nathan's dad and we thought that we would just post them to show you guys our cute little newphew.

Christmas is Almost Here!!! Yay!!!

So today I finally got to put up our Christmas tree!!! Decorating our Christmas tree is one of my favorite family traditions...the tree, the Decorations, the Christmas music, and of course hot chocolate!!! Nothing beats Christmas it's my most favorite time of year and it's always a cherished time with my family!!! I'm so thankful I get to share this Christmas at home with my parents, brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces, oh and the dog...yep it's a full house this year!!! :)

Ladies day out...

So on the 19th of October I had the awesome privilege to tag along on the ladies staff/student shopping outing. It was so much fun, i had an amazing time hanging out with all the ladies and it was great getting to know some of the first year students a little better! We ventured to a city called Barrie where we went put-put golfing in the dark (with black lights) which put a whole different effect on the game and was a lot of fun! After that we headed off to the mall and along the way we stopped at one of my favorite places in the whole world...STARBUCKS :) I haven’t had a Starbucks since I was back in California so it was a nice sweet treat! Once at the mall I teamed up with Liz and Ruth and we had a blast hanging out together...I’ve never laughed so hard :) Then as the day came to a close we went out to eat at a quaint little restaurant and after some food and fellowship we headed off to home. It was a wonderful day filled with tons of fun --- thanks for a nice day out ladies!!!

Winter is Here

Well i can't believe it but yesterday in Canada (October 12th) we had our first snowfall of the season! It was beautiful watching all the big flakes slowly falling to the ground from indoors...so i decided to venture out to take a few picture but it wasn't too long before i quickly dashed back indoors to get some hot chocolate cause burrrr was it cold out there! Cold but pretty...check out a few shots i got before my fingers started freezing :)
